ENTER OUR ``MAKE IT WHITE`` DESIGN CONTEST!
Oregon Printing Communications is looking for the most unique concept and design that can be produced on the HP Indigo 5600 with one sheet of paper featuring white ink. Substrates accepted for contest are limited to: 110# Apple Red Uncoated Cover, 110# Navy Blue Uncoated Cover, 110# Pumpkin Orange Uncoated Cover, 110# Chocolate Brown Uncoated Cover.

HOW TO ENTER
Submit your design as a Print Ready PDF along with this information; paper selection, finished size of artwork, special finishing or bindery, and color.
1. Click the “upload files” button towards the top of the website
2. Under project title, make sure to type “Make it White Design Contest”

1st place: Winner will receive $500 in free printing, an HP Digital Printer, bragging rights, promotion in Oregon’s Monthly Newsletter with a featured blog post in August as well as being featured on the homepage of Oregon’s website for the month of August.
2nd place: Winner will receive an HP rolling laptop bag, tumbler, notebook, pen, promotion in Oregon’s Monthly Newsletter with a featured blog post in August as well as being featured on the homepage of Oregon’s website for the month of August.
Entries are judged on the following criteria: Overal creativity of the piece, innovative use of white ink and/or color, files correctly prepared for production and fit on a single sheet of paper.
Oregon Printing Communication’s reserves the right to show samples of the entries, photography, and publicize in promotional material. The judge’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries must be entered by the original designer of the entry and must not be plagiarized. Maximum of 2 entries per person. All designs must be in CMYK format with “White” called out as a spot color. Deadline for submitting entries is 5:00pm August 6th, 2015. Bindery and finishing are limited to folding, scoring, perforate, saddle stitch, drill, and handwork. Winners will be notified via phone or email on August 11th. By submitting your design, you grant permission for Oregon Printing Communications to use your design for promotional reasons including but not limited to samples, website, and future marketing materials. Oregon Printing Communications will ensure that if your design is used for promotional reasons that the designer listed as the entrant will be given credit for the design.
