MEET OUR TEAM
President. Judd started out as general manager in 1983, and in 2000, became Oregon’s president. He graduated from the graphic communications program at Kettering Fairmont, and studied business management and computer science at Wright State University. When he’s not making Oregon run, he can be found outdoors, often canoeing, cast bullet shooting, or taking photos.
Vice President. Bob joined Oregon as a partner in 2005, after 20 years as a partner at another printing and graphics firm. Bob also graduated from Kettering Fairmont’s graphic communications program. Now, he’s responsible for all of Oregon’s production and prepress work. Outside of the office, Bob spends time outdoors, canoes, and collects antique Coleman lanterns, stoves, and other cool stuff.
Customer Service. Hope has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and joined Oregon after more than 20 years in sales, customer service and insurance roles. She brings her positivity and optimism to Oregon’s customer-service team and is responsible for ensuring clients are happy with our services at every point in their project engagement. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Hope spending time with her five children and cheering on the Ottawa Senators.
Office Manager. Glenda wears many hats at Oregon and keeps us organized. She works hard to ensure that projects are scheduled and completed on time for our clients. She enjoys going out with friends and NASCAR racing. She also has a daughter in college that she is very proud of.
Print Technician. James has been printing for 25 years (21 on Heidelberg presses). He’s a major part of Oregon’s 5-color team. Besides being an offset pro, James is an avid golfer, fisherman, and camping enthusiast.
Finishing Technician. Marty comes from a family of printers—he’s been working in print shops since age 12. Like Judd and Bob, Marty’s also a Kettering Fairmont graphic communications graduate. At Oregon, he’s responsible for bindery, finishing, and equipment upkeep. Fortunately for us, he’s the best bindery guy around.
Print Technician. Dan’s been in graphics and printing since 1991; he studied commercial art and business at Clark State University. He came to Oregon as a free agent in 2007—and we’re glad he did. Dan is married with two sons, Alan and James, and enjoys playing guitar, songwriting, and coaching baseball.
Digital Print Team Leader. Jim and Bob Allbery have worked together since 1989, so when Bob joined the Oregon team in 2005, Jim followed suit. Jim studied printing at Patterson Co-Op. Beyond being trained on all offset presses, Jim runs the Xerox and HP Indigo 5600 presses. Jim is married with two children. He spends his free time at the bowling alley—where his average is 215!
Print Technician. Steve’s been printing with Oregon since 1985, and his experience shows. He primarily runs the 2-color Heidelberg Printmaster, but can run just about any machine in the shop. Steve knows what Oregon’s customers expect, and has a keen eye for when something’s not right. We’re lucky to have him around.
Creative & Mailing Services Manager. Summer is a School of Advertising Art graduate, with a background in graphic design and prepress. She’s responsible for Oregon’s layout and design work, online catalogs, and storefronts. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her husband, friends, and family. She also has an affinity for nail polish, concerts, typography, and anything art- or design-related.
Pre-Press Technician. Nathan grew up in Germantown and has over 16 years of experience working in pre-press. He worked at Shore to Shore, Dayton Legal Blank and InnoMark Communications. Now, he’s Oregon’s pre-press master. He fills the gap between customer service and pressroom solutions and streamlines color consistency. Above all else, Nathan enjoys local festivals, comic books and local music.
Accounting Specialist. If you do business with Oregon, you know that bills and invoices go out on time, and anything that’s not quite right is promptly fixed. It’s all thanks to Anita, who’s been in charge of accounting, finance, and benefits administration since 1985. Anita automated our administrative workflows, proving that with a little creative thinking, a few people can do the work of many.
