What are you passionate about?

Photography and visual storytelling.  Paddling, both in canoes and kayaks, and the opportunity to meet, work with and collaborate with amazing people.

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

I have been in this industry over forty years! The printing and communications business has changed and become so dynamic in the last 10 years, that I’m still excited every morning about where we are going. There are so many opportunities to help people tell their story with impact, that it never gets old.

My family and friends.

Over 25 years! The ability to impact our local community by getting their message across to others, the way they want!

My family and I love Disney! We have been there nine times! And  I am moving to Hawaii when I retire!

What are you passionate about?

Community service, MS education, and family!

30 years and counting! I love listening to ideas and creating the print vision for our customers!

What are you passionate about?

Life! Being a good human being who encourages, empowers and inspires others to be their best self.

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

I believe communication is an art and skill, threaded in every industry. The opportunity to assist, is what draws me to help others tell their story to their audience. Over two decades, I have worked in nonprofit, corporate and education organizations where my role has been to build bridges within challenging circumstances or environments and between people and processes, utilizing effective communication.

My favorite quote, by Zig Ziglar, “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.

I took my mom to the Grammy’s; I am a proud Nana of seven and I enjoy traveling!

What are you passionate about?

Wood working

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

32 years!  I get satisfaction from watching a customer’s idea become a tangible product, because of the work I’ve done.

NATHAN ABSTON

What are you passionate about?

Sci-fi, music, comics, gaming and family, not in that order.

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

25 years and counting! My Dad and Mom have been in the industry forever and it just made sense I would follow their footsteps.

I enjoy playing video games with my kids.

MELISSA DOOLEY

What are you passionate about?

Family, friends and fun.

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

Over 33 years! Transitioning from music printing to digital printing offers the opportunity to learn something new daily. Being imaginative, helping others generate their thoughts into a final product, is what inspires and keeps me excited to do the work!

Her husband and son, the return of the bald eagles, drinking coffee outside watching birds and her dogs are a few of her favorite things!

JIM HOELSCHER

Digital Print Team Leader

What are you passionate about?

Ohio State Football, Cincinnati Reds Baseball, and mostly, Cleveland Browns Football!

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

32 years!  I worked with Bob Allbery (retired business partner at Oregon) for years before he joined the Oregon Team. When he did, I joined him. Its been amazing to me to watch the transformation from the old offset presses to the State-of-the Art digital presses we run now.

Jim like to spend his free time at the bowling alley—where his average is 215!

DAVEY BURDON

What are you passionate about?

I am English, so I do not get to passionate about much. Unless we are talking about football.

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

I happily fell into the industry and have been doing this work for a decade. I enjoy being a part of a team that works to exceed client expectations.

SHARON SOCRATES

What are you passionate about?

My husband is my best friend! My three daughters and my five grand girls are my world!

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

Over 35 years! Family, my sister in law was working in the industry and invited me to assist her with a project. I enjoyed it so much, I have been doing it since.

Sharon enjoys hiking, the great outdoors and is an avid music fan! So, you might see her at the Fraze, Levitt, or the Rose.

DAKOTA KELLY

What are you passionate about?

My family, especially my three daughters

How long have you been in the communication industry, and what drew you to it?

Five years. I started with hand bindery and found my passion in learning the printing side.
