CHALLENGE

The invitation and event mail campaign had to not only encapsulate what the look and feel of the night would be, it had to functionally and efficiently garner those coveted RSVPs. Plus, we knew our partnership meant we would be helping with additional things–like name tags for attendees and the program for the night.

SOLUTION

We worked with Angie, the chair of the event, and her team to design, iterate, print, and mail all the invitations and set the stage for the “look” of the event.

We took over developing the event’s program, which was full of ads from all the sponsors and had to represent the Committee well, as well as last-minute color-coded name tags for attendees.

RESULTS

The event was a resounding success, with honoree appearances from people like Governor Mike DeWine and singer John Legend. And here’s what Angie had to say:

“[The luncheon] was the best one ever. Very moving and powerful. Everyone loved the programs. Bright. Colorful. Cheerful. And Readable! The name tags were perfect too… I love that I thought of color coding them by group. Sorry that that was one of those late night ideas right before the event.

And speaking of that… I can’t say thank you enough for working with us on the design and layout of our print pieces. I appreciate your meeting me in advance and the communication that we had throughout the process. Mike was great to work with both via e-mail and on the phone. Charlotte went beyond my vision and her concepts were fantastic.

You are a great team to work with and if I am involved with the Walk of Fame next year, I will surely recommend that we continue working with you as a vendor.”
