WSU needed some major personalization, data accuracy, and full mailing services on top of the design and printing. We at OPC took some time to brainstorm and align visions with WSU to create a hyper-personalized campaign.
The campaign would be personalized on several different levels:
On top of that, WSU had three different audience segments depending on the recipients’ past giving habits, and the messaging would be specific to each.
Lastly, included would be admission for two to a WSU athletic event.
That year, WSU and the Raider Club Athletic Fund annual giving campaign saw a large increase in response rates. Alongside powerful design and data personalization, together we were able to tell the compelling stories that engaged with their diverse target audiences.
