OTTERBEIN RETIREMENT COMMUNITY
Otterbein Retirement Living Communities has provided nursing and rehabilitation services to Ohio residents for the past 100 years. Growing from a single community in Lebanon, Ohio, Otterbein now operates 11 facilities across the state.
Otterbein uses a variety of printed materials for marketing and correspondence, and each location has a different set of logos and colors to set itself apart. A traditional ordering method for an organization like Otterbein would require a long process of typesetting, back-and-forth proofing, e-mailing, and phone call-making to ensure that each branch got just what they needed. We knew there was a better way to handle Otterbein’s orders.
We created an online catalog of Otterbein’s products, split into sub-catalogs based on division. Inside each sub-catalog is a list of materials each division needs, such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and notecards.
Since making the switch to the online catalog, Otterbein says they’ve saved time and frustration—now they can specify what they need, and where they need it to go. And from our perspective, we know they’re getting the most out of each dollar they spend.
